1 .rope shaped Ding box equipment:

Formula:

Scouring penetrant: 2~4g/l: 1~2g/l; NaOH:15~30g/l;

chelating agent Dipping temperature: 60~80℃; rolling residual rate: 100%; steam conditions: 100 ℃ processing 7~20 minutes

2 .Cheese dyeing machine

Formula: scouring and penetrating agent: 0.5~1g/l; oxygen bleaching stabilizer: 1~2g/l ; Chelating agent: 0.5~1g/l; NaOH:1~2g/l; 27.5% hydrogen peroxide: 3~6g/l:

Bath ratio: 1:10; Bleaching time: 98℃ to 45 minutes.

3 .Roll dyeing machine

Formula:

Scouring and penetrating agent: 2g/l; oxygen bleaching stabilizer: 3~5g/l;

Chelating agent: 0.5 g/l; NaOH:1~1.5g/l; 27.5%hydrogen peroxide: 4~10g/l
